Exchange Policy
We know sometimes things may not fit exactly as you were expecting. Please pay close attention to sizing details in product description before ordering. If however you find yourself needing to exchange a product we will accept exchanges within one week from the time you receive your purchase if the item is unwashed, unworn & in the same condition as you received it. As soon as your item is received back to us, we will issue you a discount code for the original order value to be used as a store credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
If you receive a product that is defective please email us at shopcottoncandys@gmail.com so that we may ship you a replacement.
