Easy Ways To Encourage Thankfulness if Your Kids and Yourself
It's easy to remember to be Thankful in November when the whole world starts talking about Thanksgiving and the focus turns for a brief moment to being Thankful but I want to encourage us to strive to make Thankfulness a part of our daily routine everyday! The research does not lie...the simple act of gratitude is proven to give us numerous benefits for our mental and physical health. Not only does it boost our own mental and physical health but if we are sharing our gratitude with others we are also helping to boost their mental and physical health. It's a simple thing that can have a HUGE impact!
